The Nordkap is a typical trawler from the North Sea that was built in 1970 at an English shipyard. This kit created using inspiration from the original boats drawing.

Nordkap has a tonnage of 185 gross register tonnage, her overall length is 40.0 m, the beam measures 9.30 m She’s powered by a 1000 HP diesel engine with a speed of 12-14 knots and has a crew of 7-8 men. You’d often see her drag net fishing for herring and cod around Iceland and Greenland
