Description
Soclaine La Recouvrance (SOCGR1600), La Recouvrance is a magnificent tri-sail frigate built on the plans of the Iris (1817) by the naval architect Hubert.
After plying against the slave trade from Senegal, she cruised to Antilles and Brazil. Originally fitted out to a remarkable level at Rochefort in 1829, she ended her career in 1844 at Toulon.
