WoodenModelShipKit uses the latest and most modern e-commerce technology to assure that our shopping cart is secure. You can be assured that your credit card number and card information is never stored on our company databases or servers. We also can accept credit card orders over the phone. We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover payment methods.

Why we need a shipping address?

It is important to give as detailed and complete address to assure that your package will arrive as anticipated. We use USPS, Fedex, and UPS for our shipping carriers (and others at our option). We are sorry, but Fedex and UPS are unable to deliver to a Post Office Box. Please call toll free at 855-449-1467 if you have a delivery to a Post Office Box. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs.

Please note that there may be times when your entire order is not shipped together. This may occur for a number of reasons. One or more items may be back ordered, or items may not all fit in one package. Please check the packing slip on the front of the box to determine the contents of the package.  We will notify you if certain items are back ordered to determine if you wish to continue with the sale.

What is our return policy?

We hope you will be completely satisfied with your order; but, if an item does not meet your expectations please refer to our return policy page for more information. All sales are final after the 30-day return period has expired.

Changing or Canceling an Order

If you wish to cancel or change an order once it has been submitted, you must contact Customer Service at 1-855-449-1466 or [email protected] within 24 hours of submission. We will make every effort to cancel the order when possible. We are not able to change or cancel orders that have already been shipped.

Product Availablilty, Accuracy of Description and Pricing

We make every effort to assure that the information, inventory availability, and pricing we provide is complete, accurate, and up to date. However, we reserve the right to make pricing and other error changes and assume no responsibility for any damages or inconveniences caused because of incorrect information, lack of product availability, or pricing. With some 2,100 individual items, we occasionally may have an item out of stock on backorder. In the event we do not have the item you requested, we will attempt to contact you within 24 hours of your order placement.
