Amati Giunca Cinese Pirata – Chinese Pirate Junk.
The last thing that a clipper ship loaded with spices and tea wanted to see was a Chinese Pirate Junk bristling with cannons. Junks such as this dotted the rivers and harbors of China and Hong Kong. It was often impossible to tell if the ship was merchant or pirate until it was too late.
Pre-cut beech and walnut parts. Plank on bulkhead construction. Wooden and metal fittings and sail cloth with bamboo parts. Display base and pedestals not included.
